I am an award-winning EMCC Accredited Coach (Senior Practitioner) and Supervisor with an independent practice.  Current organisational clients include Sanctus, Sussex Police, Maple Power, Zurich Insurance, Hanover Communications, Gloucestershire County Council, Cats Protection. I specialise in psychological safety (Accredited Practitioner with The Fearless Organisation) and Nature as Dynamic Co-Partner, offering an inclusive, creative space for individuals and teams to learn more about themselves and their relationship with  the wider system. My Nature as Dynamic Co-partner masterclasses and supervision groups are designed to upskill coaches and supervisors for optimising the benefits of working outdoors with psychological safety.

I support leaders and private individuals, providing mental health and executive coaching. Most Outstanding Leadership Development Coach UK, 2017.

My passion for the outdoors has led me to integrate Nature into my practice, using the outside to create a shift on the inside with accelerated results. This can be physically outdoors or virtually.

Coaching Supervision

I support supervisees to explore themselves as instrument within their coaching practice and the patterns they inadvertently bring into their client relationships. I offer supervision groups and flexible individual support. SPECIALIST GROUPS:   Psychological Safety Supervision Group,  In Relationship Supervision Group and Nature as Dynamic Co-Partner Supervision Group.

Leadership & Change Consultancy

I support senior teams to build a deeper level of trust and cohesion in their leadership. My expertise in complex change is a valuable resource for those organisations looking to envision and embed a shift in their internal culture. I am accredited in the Psychological Safety Index as a tool for teams to benchmark and develop  interpersonal trust as a vehicle for inclusion and innovation.

Nature as dynamic co-partner

Nature as Dynamic Co-Partner

Nature as a co-partner in coaching or supervision –  either outdoors or virtually – offers a mirror to the inner landscape. Psychological safety and containment are critically important. I’m passionate about sharing my expertise from ecotherapy training with other practitioners. See here for latest learning opportunities.
