I am an internal supervisor for the mental health/leadership coaches at Sanctus.
In addition, I offer supervision privately on a 1:1 and group basis to internal coaching networks and independent coaches. This safe space enables a coach to reflect on patterns in their own practice, what is triggered in them through the work and how this impacts on their ability to best serve their clients, which may include a client’s organisational system as well as them as an individual.
For internal coaches immersed in the same organisational culture as their clients, supervision provides an essential vehicle for identifying their inevitable blind spots which may limit their ability to effect sustained behavioural change in their clients.
I draw on a range of modalities including Psychological Safety, TA, NLP, Gestalt and group analysis but am also passionate about focusing on presence, being in relation with each other and working somatically to bring our whole selves into our journey of exploration together.
All my groups are limited to 5 supervisees to ensure safety for intimacy and working at depth.
